Polyurethane for flexible foams

Polyurethane

Flexible foams are formed mainly by the reaction of a polyol (component A) and an isocyanate (component B). This reaction is catalyzed by a set of additives that allow the processability of raw materials and achieve specific qualities to develop high-tech foams.

Quelaris offers the complete portfolio of high quality raw materials, additives and catalysts for the manufacture of flexible foams used mainly for the mattress and furniture industry.

Different types of foam are produced for this segment: conventional, viscoelastic foams (Memory foam), HR (High Resilience), Hypersoft (Super soft) and a wide variety of qualities and densities.
